Explained how bee removal is a multi day process in my case.  No problem! I had an outside hive in a decorative pedestal.  Had it for 20 years!  He took the brood and queen the first day.  Then he allowed the workers time to settle down for a few days. During that time I had at least one large group swarm, then fly away.  Eli informed me that this is normal and expected. He got right to work, performed a thorough inspection of the chimney to ensure there were no bees building a hive, and sprayed repellant around the top of the chimney to ensure they would not come near it.
