In a new San Bernardino development, bees crawled in through the roof vent, down the oven vent and built a hive inside a kitchen cabinet. Eli removed the colony from inside the house.
Like every job, this was a live removal with no chemicals: the bees and all the comb came out, the colony went to a beekeeper, and the entry point was sealed so bees don't move back in.
