Inland Empire bee rescue

Based in Ontario, at the center of the Inland Empire

From Chino and Rancho Cucamonga to Fontana, Riverside, Corona and Temecula, and up to Victorville and Apple Valley in the High Desert, honey bees move into tile roofs, block walls, eaves, sheds, irrigation and water meter boxes, and hollow trees. Long, hot seasons let a colony build a lot of comb fast.

Eli the Bee Guy removes the colony alive, takes out the entire hive and honeycomb, and seals the entry points so bees don’t return. The bees are relocated to vetted local beekeepers instead of being killed.

Africanized honey bees are present in Southern California, so a defensive colony near a house is a job for a professional, not a can of spray. Eli personally handles the large and high-risk removals.

How it works

From first call to bee-free

  1. Free inspection

Call or send a message. Eli locates the hive, checks how big it is and explains the plan and price before any work starts.

  2. Live removal

The colony is removed alive — no poison, no chemicals — and kept together with its queen.

  3. Full hive extraction

All honeycomb, honey and wax residue comes out, so nothing is left to rot or attract new bees.

  4. Seal and relocate

Entry points are sealed to prevent re-infestation, and the bees go to a vetted local beekeeper.

  • “Eli came through, took care of the issue, and was remarkably professional with his communication. I highly recommend his services. Not often you deal with bees on a massive scale, but it’s reassuring there are people who are passionate about taking care of them correctly while still offering a professional experience.”

    Michael Sokolowski

  • “I found a company whose mission is to capture your inconveniently misplaced honey bees and place them with a forever nurturing home! No killing, no one left behind, and a new home. Make sure to call Eli, great work and done in 10 minutes!!!”

    Cynthia Laija

  • “Eli showed up after I noticed some bees flying up and around the chimney stack. He got right to work, performed a thorough inspection of the chimney to ensure there were no bees building a hive, and sprayed repellant around the top. Thanks to his proactive measures and thoroughness we never had bees near the chimney again.”

    Daniel Martinez

  • “Eli is the best! 5 stars! Professional and informative! Very easy to talk to. Texted me back whenever I asked questions. I had an outside hive in a decorative pedestal for 20 years! He took the brood and queen the first day, then returned a few days later and took my remaining bees away! Everyone was saved!!!”

No. A proper live removal takes fuel, labor, equipment and insurance. The inspection is free, and you get a price before any work starts. See what affects bee removal cost.
