Bee Removal at a Verizon Cell Tower Site
What happened on this job
An active hive formed next to a propane tank at a hilltop Verizon cell tower site. Flammable equipment and restricted access made this a sensitive, high-risk removal.
Like every job, this was a live removal with no chemicals: the bees and all the comb came out, the colony went to a beekeeper, and the entry point was sealed so bees don't move back in.
